Ms. Souto has over 15 years of experience in the E&P industry. She is a Legal Counsel for BW Offshore responsible for E&P activities in Brazil and Gabon, business development opportunities, and Gulf of Mexico FPSO fleet.

Prior to joining BW Offshore, Ms. Souto held a Legal Manager position for OGX Oil &Gas as well as Contracts & Negotiation position for Elpaso Oil & Gas, both based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

She graduated with a Law Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University and was awarded a MBA in Oil & Gas Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is admitted to the Brazilian bar. Ms. Souto is fluent in both Portuguese and English and has working knowledge of Spanish language.
