He advises domestic and foreign companies with a wide range of tax matters, with a particular emphasis on the oil & gas segment and infrastructure projects in general (power, renewables, “new energies”, shipping etc.). His practice covers direct and indirect taxes, customs matters, cross-border transactions, foreign investment and M&A.
