Ricardo joined the Chouest group in 2004 and currently serves as the Edison Chouest Offshore' s Latin America Director. Mr. Chagas has an MBA, a Masters in Oil and Gas and a degree in Industrial Mechanics Engineering. He has nearly 32 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the Chouest team, he spent five years as a director for Tidewater in Brazil and Mexico and worked in Oceaneering's ROV and OIE division in Brazil.
